"Easy-to-read display"
Umm, the display is really clear. I can read it from across the room, even with the morning light coming in, so I’m really happy with that part...

I’m disappointed. A bunch of the stations I used to listen to and really liked just aren’t available anymore, and it seems to happen way too often. I wish I had read the reviews first because I probably would’ve thought twice before using it.

I got it working in the end, but the setup felt a bit clunky to me. Maybe I missed something, but it took longer than I expected.

I’ve had my Grace Digital radio in the kitchen for about a year now, and it’s still going strong with daily use. The buttons are starting to feel a little worn, which is kind of annoying—actually, you know what, I’ll give it credit, it’s held up way better than I thought it would. Overall, it’s been a solid little radio

"Still going strong"
I’ve had my Grace Digital radio for a while now, and it’s been super reliable. It connects every day, doesn’t randomly shut off, and I haven’t had to mess with it much at all. I mostly keep it in the kitchen, and it just works like it’s supposed to. Kind of rare these days. Has anyone else had the same issue of it just quietly doing its job without any drama?

"Firmware update honestly made it worse"
I tried updating the firmware on my Grace Digital radio, it was more of a headache than it should’ve been. I know these things don’t always go perfectly, and I’m not trying to blame every little issue on the update, but it took several tries, some of my settings got messed up, and the radio is still acting glitchy afterward. The support info wasn’t exactly clear either, which didn’t help. Frustrating experience overall.

I bought this from Grace Digital mostly because I’m the kind of person who always has music or a podcast going while I’m in the kitchen. Pairing it with my phone was simple, and the sound has been clear most of the time. The Bluetooth range works fine for moving around the room, and I haven’t had any major dropouts.
The only thing that keeps it from being 5 stars for me is that it can be a little picky when reconnecting later. Sometimes I have to try one extra time before it links back up, which isn’t a huge problem, just slightly irritating. Overall, I’m happy with it and it does what I needed.

I don’t really think it’s worth the price. It’s okay, but for what you get, it feels a bit too expensive imo.

Sent my Grace radio in, got it back working right. Took a bit, but they kept me posted enough. Fair price, no hassle. Glad to have it back.

I use this remote with my Grace radio pretty much every day, it’s been better than I expected. The buttons are easy to figure out, there wasn’t any annoying setup to deal with, and it works just fine from my couch. It’s a small thing, but it makes using the radio so much more convenient, and I’m genuinely happy I got it.

"Return process took longer than it should have"
The product itself was fine, but returning it ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. I had to email a few times to get things moving, and the refund took longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but the whole process was frustrating, if that makes sense...

"Does the job as my bedside alarm"
I mostly use my Grace Digital radio as a bedside clock and alarm, it’s been exactly what I figured I needed. I assumed setting the alarms might be a little annoying, but it was easy. I like waking up to one of my saved stations instead of a loud, jarring beep. The screen is easy to see at night too, and I was worried it might be too bright, but it’s not. No problems so far — it just does what I bought it for

Spotify and the radio stations I use have been working well so far. Setup was simple enough, which is good because I don’t have much faith in customer service if something goes wrong. For now, though, it does what I need.

"Nice clean site, but a little tight on mobile"
My first impression was good, the site feels clean and easy to move around in. The product photos look nice too, which definitely helps. That said, on my phone a few pages felt a bit cramped, like there was just a little too much going on at once. Gut feeling though, it still comes across as a solid and trustworthy site overall...

"Support actually helped, which was nice for once"
I had an issue getting my Grace Digital radio back online, and thankfully support didn’t make the whole thing more complicated than it needed to be. They replied quickly and walked me through the steps, which I appreciated. It took a bit of trial and error on my end, because of course nothing can just work the first time, but they stuck with me until it was fixed. Overall, really glad they helped get it sorted.

"Wi-Fi has been surprisingly solid"
I ordered from gracedigitalaudio.com mainly because I wanted a radio, but I was a little nervous about Wi-Fi dropouts. So far, though, it’s been really reliable. Setup didn’t take much effort, and it stays connected even in my kitchen, where other devices usually struggle a bit. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and haven’t had any random disconnects. It’s actually worked better than I expected, and I’m relieved because I really just wanted something I didn’t have to keep messing with.

"Solid for a multi-room setup"
I got this for a multi-room setup, and it works well once everything is in place. The setup took a little longer than I expected, but support got back to me quickly and helped me sort it out. It’s always nice when a company just treats people decently and actually helps when you need it.
